Esperanza’s Chimichurri Salsa Recipe

Impress your friends with this fun and fiery salsa recipe from Esperanza. Pair it with tortilla chips for a perfect party snack or pour it over chicken to prepare a delicious summer dinner!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Chopped Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Dried Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Chopped White Onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Paprika
  • 1/3 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

METHOD:

Place salt and pepper in a bowl, then add the vinegar and mix very well with a whisk until the salt is completely dissolved.

Chop all additional ingredients and add to the bowl, mix together and let stand for 20 minutes.  Add oil to finish, mixing continuously with a whisk.  Once finished, place the chimichurri in a glass container and leave in the refrigerator until the next day…then it’s ready to enjoy!
